Breakfast With Champions (1:13)
The awesome wife sleeps in. I’m up, on my feet, coffee in hand, between 4-6 a.m. every morning. Many of my clients are earlier risers too. That said, here’s what I’ve discovered from too many “oatmeal” strategy sessions:

Elusive not Illusive
In the musician paragraph, the word needed here would be elusive, not illusive. Illusive means "producing, produced by, or based on illusion; deceptive or unreal." Michael, did you mean for a musician, success is elusive? "Difficult to find, catch, or achieve." Thanks for the blog!
Thank you so much for the correction. I just fixed it:) —Michael

Musician
I’m a musician Michael. I haven’t got out of bed before noon since I was in high school! However, practice IS everything, success IS illusive, and connections ARE paramount! Thanks for the reminder. Ok, back to sleep.

morning
I love the idea of early coffee and biscuit because it starts my day the right way...yes, to find truth, to get needed information, to be with an encouraging friend and to encourage a friend. Then I leave with “YES!!!” and I am kickstarted for the day. Roberto, a fan in France.

This really made me think how I start my day greatly effects my day. I am a spiritual person first, so I like to start the day meditating. Then exercise, then breakfast, then work.
