BANGING YOUR HEAD (0:21)
Really? Do you think more "effort" is going to make a difference? Do you think more “struggle” is going to do it? What about “trying real hard,” will that get you closer?
Every day the voice in our head prods us to work harder with more effort. However the biggest successes in my life had less to do with “effort” and more to do with a clear vision of where I wanted to go, a mountain of rigorous research to light the way, a ruthless commitment to shield me from distractions, as much cocky confidence as I could muster, and a boatload of courage to bolster those scary, risky choices and decisions.

Hi Michael!! Clear vision, opportunities that arise on the path creating great new horizons, relationships that are brilliant, hard work, with restoration, and Universal Intelligence working, leading and directing a path to "success". I am super excited about some great new opportunities!! Thank you so much for these great blogs!! Have an awesome day! Rachel

Work *Smart*
As Wallace Wattles would have said- the secret to extreme success is to do things a *Certain Way*. Work *Smart*. (and HARD!)

Take a breath
Our culture tells us the secret to success is to work harder. It is the anthem of Capitalism. So when that doesn’t work, we experience such frustration. It is great to know we can take a deep breath, actually play with our children and spend loving time with our mates, stop and smell the Roses. I’m going to courageously return to my own vision. I always appreciate your blogs Michael

Working hard
Wow, you wrote this for me! I have been giving over my life and my health to be “working harder” and “trying" my best and accomplishing virtually nothing. So then I start beating up on myself, that I’m not good enuff. Was it Einstein who said "Insanity is doing the same thing over and over expecting a different result?" Thanks for this insightful reminder. I'm a long time reader from Norway and this is my first comment.
