— Daily activities and behavior that waste our precious time, steal our focus and slow our progress to a crawl.
— Our resistance to change.
— Our Chronic indecision.
— People who consistently bring us down.
— Resistance to reach out for advice or guidance.
— Every petty step we take, and every promise we break.
— Any stupid or ignorant activity that could put us or anyone else in harms way.
Important because what’s left is everything we should chip away at.
